Scores of transiting exoplanets have been discovered by ground-based surveys such as WASP, HAT, XO, TrES, MEarth, KELT, and others. Hundreds of transiting exoplanet candidates, scores of which are confirmed planets, have been discovered by the CoRot and Kepler space missions.
