The Joan Oró Grants to hire pre-doctoral research staff in training (FI) are grants to public and private universities in the Catalan university system, research centres, hospital foundations and Unique Scientific and Technical Infrastructures (ICTS) for the recruitment of staff.

These grants are aimed at people doing their PhD at a university in the Catalan university system.
